What you will need to do:

  • Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues across the stack.
  • Support and maintain development and production environments.
  • Manage CI/CD processes for both traditional software and cloud-native applications. Automate server/services deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and manage monitoring and alerting services.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
  • Participate in strategic planning and infrastructure architecture discussions to improve performance, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for security, scalability, and cost control across all environments.
  • Enforce IT and security policies on all devices and networks.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools in cloud-native environments.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep to automate cloud resource provisioning.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell (preferred) or other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate infrastructure management tasks.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning of complex distributed systems in production environments.
  • Proficient in monitoring and log management tools (Azure Monitor, DataDog, Grafana, Zabbix or similar).
  • Upper Intermediate/Advanced level English. Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with database administration, particularly with MS SQL Server, Azure SQL MI.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing release pipelines and deployment strategies in cloud-native and hybrid environments.
  • Experience with deploying and managing IIS websites and SSL certificates in cloud-hosted environments.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • A big plus — Experience with MLOps tools and platforms, such as Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, or similar, to deploy, monitor, and scale machine learning models in production environments.
  • Experience with Kafka, and other distributed systems technologies for high-performance, fault-tolerant applications.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and how they integrate into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience with Cost Management and Optimization in Azure to manage resource usage and reduce costs effectively.
