Job Description
As a Staff Software Engineer (Java) at OpenX, you will be a key member of the New Formats team, building cutting-edge cloud ad tech solutions. You will collaborate with a Product Manager, UX Team, and stakeholders, lead the engineering team, and provide hands-on coding support. This role offers opportunities to work with high-performance computing, distributed systems, and high availability technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering team to deliver high-quality end-to-end products and features.
- Provide hands-on coding support.
- Mentor, coach, and lead engineers.
- Expand the Team by hiring the best talent.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders.
- Lead the technical layer of the project.
- Work on OpenX business platform for scale and reliability.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Good level of knowledge and experience in Java
- Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and documentation skills.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Experience with database system design, RDBMS, or NoSQL.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, k8s, and Docker.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Communicative Polish and English languages.
