A taste of what you’ll do 

The Project Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and delivery of complex technical projects within the iGaming industry. This position requires leadership in driving projects from inception to successful delivery, influencing strategic decisions, and ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and key stakeholders. You will manage cross-functional teams and provide leadership to internal and external partners. 

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects, including market entries, product launches, and new feature development. 
• Strategic Roadmap Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership to define, prioritize, and ensure the delivery of the company’s strategic roadmap. 
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and key stakeholders, providing expert guidance and alignment on project objectives. 
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and align project goals with business objectives. 
• Risk Framework Development: Develop and manage strategic risk management frameworks to address potential project risks and issues. 
• Technical Leadership: Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge and guide technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and overcome complex technical challenges. 
• Compliance & Regulatory Management: Collaborate with internal and external teams to anticipate, address, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for new market entries or ongoing compliance. 
• Executive Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership and executive boards, highlighting project progress, risks, and outcomes. 
• Change Control & Governance: Oversee the change control process, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum project efficiency during implementation.

Who and what we are after?

• Experience: 3–5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex projects in the iGaming industry. 
• Certifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner, or equivalent. 
• Advanced Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical processes and the ability to guide technical teams effectively through the software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
• Risk Management Expertise: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic risk management frameworks for high-impact projects. 
• Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions at the executive level and manage cross-functional teams. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience managing relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and other key stakeholders. 
• Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide strategic reports to executive boards. 
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions for complex projects.
