About your project/work

As a UX/UI Designer at Vazco, you will have the freedom to act as a part of something completely new - we want to create multimodal interfaces and you are essential for this!  You can rely on support from 5 well-experienced growth team members but UX will be your department entirely. By joining our Crew, you enter the mission to provide the best innovative (and user-friendly) solutions on the market. 

Your responsibilities will include

• End-to-end UX process with support from experienced UX designer
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to comprehend system requirements and convert them into intuitive designs.
• Working with engineering teams to guarantee the UI satisfies both technical and functional requirements.
• Conducting research, developing, and implementing design solutions.

You meet all our criteria if you have:

• Excellent command of English (B2/C1).
• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
• Fluency in using AI tools, Figma, Miro, Webflow
• Ability to plan the design of products from scratch for different clients (from start-ups to corporations).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills that allow you to clearly convey the significance of your work, the decisions and compromises made, the insights gained, and the reasoning behind your designs.
• Willingness to participate in creating AI products
• Knowledge of design principles
• Great command of color, visual structure, consistency and design practices both for web and mobile
• Experience with design systems
• Ability to experiment and find new solutions

Nice-to-haves

We would be absolutely astonished* if you had:

• Worked in a software agency. 
• UX Research: knowledge of tools and methods, why and how to apply them.
• Experience in building and implementing visually engaging, responsive websites using Webflow.
