Staff Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, Develop, and Train ML Models:

Build and optimize machine learning models to solve business problems.

• Data Collection, Preparation, and Feature Engineering:

Gather, preprocess, and engineer data for model training and evaluation.

• Model Evaluation, Validation, and Optimization:

Test, validate, and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.

• Deploy and Maintain ML Models in Production:

Implement and monitor models in production, ensuring ongoing performance.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders for model development and deployment.

• Develop and Maintain Data Pipelines:

Create robust data pipelines to support continuous model training and updates

• Previous experience in an AI/ML environment,
• Hands on experience with Traditional ML Techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised, Semi-Supervised, and Reinforcement Learning),
• Hands on experience with Python,
• Familiarity with cutting edge LLM technologies (OpenAI, Bard) and techniques to build solutions on LLMs like Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning (Plus) and Prompt Tuning,
• Strong communication skills,
• Experience working with distributed remote teams across time zones,
• A cooperative attitude, team-player mindset, sharing of knowledge,
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with applications of AI for Digital Marketing purposes.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
