You'll be working in the Neo Access POD team, based in Poland. We look after the login and entitlements experience for "Neo", a globally distributed platform with 2m+ users. Authentication standards and technology are constantly shifting and we need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
We strive to provide our clients with the highest standards of security and reliability.
The Neo team has around 100 people, spread globally.
We're looking for an experienced Front End Engineer to:
- build next generation login experiences for 2m+ users
- architect front end solutions that support scale and high volume
- embed with a cross-skilled team of engineers, discuss ideas/best practice and overcome challenges
- be an active part of the developer community, always learning and sharing new practices and tech
- mentor/coach junior engineers
MUST
- experience of large-scale enterprise software design & development
- highly proficient in modern web technologies; ReactJS, TypeScript, Native JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3, +8 years experience
- experience of microservices development, REST API's
- strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- experience in mentoring/coaching junior developers in building quality code.
- skills in DevOps: pipelines, release/deploy strategies
