We are looking for a hands-on Test Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to support and scale the automated testing process for high-performance healthcare software. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure for executing C++-based automated tests at scale in an AWS cloud environment.
This role sits at the intersection of DevOps and test automation — it is not focused on writing test cases, but rather on creating robust pipelines and scalable infrastructure to run existing automated tests efficiently and provide visibility into the results.
Build and maintain cloud-based pipelines for automated test execution using AWS services
• Manage data batches (e.g., patient datasets) for test runs, including collection, processing, and results tracking
• Orchestrate the full test execution cycle, from test triggering to report generation and delivery
• Monitor system performance and ensure efficient resource utilization during large-scale test runs
• Develop scripts or tooling to automate data handling, result collection, and reporting workflows
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and development teams to ensure test infrastructure aligns with overall system architecture
• Ensure reliability and observability of the testing framework
• Support compliance and data management standards as needed
MUST
Strong experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Batch, CloudWatch)
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Good scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
• Understanding of C++-based automated testing environments
• Experience handling large-scale datasets in batch operations
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to own infrastructure end-to-end
• Proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Experience with healthcare, medical imaging, or regulated environments
• Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Allure, custom dashboards)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
