Active Directory Operations:

  • Manage and maintain AD structures, user accounts, group policies, and organizational units (OUs).
  • Implement and enforce AD-related security measures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AD-related issues.
  • Support the continuous improvement of AD processes and concepts.

Technical Support:

  • Operate and manage Azure AD Connect, AD Federation Services, and LDAP.
  • Ensure the synchronization of identities and authentication methods.
  • Assist in the integration of applications with AD.

Incident and Problem Management:

  • Handle incident tickets, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
  • Participate in problem management to identify and resolve recurring issues.
  • Provide 3rd-level support for complex AD-related problems.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports, including incident and change reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with company standards.

  • We are looking forward to your successfully completed university studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics or similar
  • Active Directory - 2nd and 3rd level support experience
  • Azure AD Connect: experience in Integration of AD structures for Azure AD tenants, ability to solve synchronization issues in AADC-diagnostics of connector’s problems, analysing skills of metaverse objects in AADC
  • Federation’s integration: configuring Trusts SAML Identity Provider, checking trust relationship, implementation of the authentication requirements, creating of CTP and RPT-Gathering information from Claims Provider Trusts (CPT) and Relying Party Trust (RPT), Certificate Management for RPTs/CPTs
  • AD Federation Services, LDAP: support for Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for single sign-on services of different systems and resources with a single identity, coordination of the content and structures of claims between the IdP and the application provider, AD LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) Knowledge-especially with mapping LDAP to OID (oAuth) for the connection of resources
  • Microsoft Identity Manager: knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager (version 2010 and 2016), custom filtering knowledge in MIM(json files) between metaverse and SharePoint, developing skills in MIM (programming of individual transformation libraries under C# and integration as DLL, support and troubleshooting in case of missing or incorrect entries in the target systems, manual correction of MIM objects in case of problems in the source or target systems, knowledge of Administration of metaverse objects in MIM, knowledge of Configuration and operation of the connectors, strong knowledge of PowerShell-scripting, strong understanding of IAM processes and tools.
  • Very good communication skills in English complete your profile
  • You are open to work in a hybrid mode, with 2-3 days at our office in Katowice
