  • Define and Implement of effective Cybersecurity strategy.
  • Delivery of wide Cybersecurity initiatives with strong cooperation with other Departments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors and other teams to implement Cybersecurity strategy.
  • Design and deliver highly innovative and complex projects.
  • Facilitate security KPI’s reporting.
  • Ensure that Cybersecurity risks are identified and successfully mitigated.
  • Plan Cybersecurity budget.
  • Implement and maintain of Cybersecurity systems within given budget.
  • Lead security assessment and ensure support for new business initiatives.
  • Cooperate with international stakeholders within Deutsche Telekom Group.
  • Ensure healthy relationships between stakeholders.

  • 5+ years experience in a Cybersecurity.
  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Telecommunication, IT Engineering, Electronics or technical field.
  • Effective communication skills 
  • English language proficiency in speaking and writing at B2 level
  • Experience in working in a complex and multi-national environment.
  • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture concepts in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with three or more IT security areas such as: Network security, Vulnerability management, Identity and access management, Penetration testing, Cloud security, Data security, Web App security, Forensic.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and executing of the Cybersecurity strategy.
  • Experience in delivering and creating complex security products for demanding customers.
  • Proven experience in designing a threat modeling process.
  • Practical knowledge of NIST, uKSC, ISO27001.
  • Very good presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach.

Nice to have:

  • Security certification such as: CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, CRISC, SANS MGT514 etc.
  • Project Management experience from project kick-off to project completion.
  • Working with Agile Methodologies.
  • Negotiation skills.
