Senior Software Engineer

• Technical Leadership & Architecture:
Own the design and technical direction of complex systems or features. Make architectural decisions, enforce best practices, and guide the team in choosing appropriate tools, patterns, and technologies.

• Write and review code:
Write and review clean, efficient, and well-tested code while setting and and enforcing high code quality standards. 

• Mentorship & Team Collaboration:
Support and mentor other less senior developers, foster code quality through reviews and pair programming, and actively contribute to team culture and continuous improvement.

• End-to-End Project Ownership:
Take responsibility for delivering high-quality features or services from ideation and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Compensation

We’re offering total cash compensation for this role of PLN 270k-300k (plus social security) in the form of a B2B contract.

• Technical Ownership: You've successfully led features from the drawing board all the way to production, balancing requirements with technical decisions. You take pride in seeing things through and being accountable for the outcomes.
