- Work closely with the Program team to manage the full lifecycle of cloud-based technologies — from planning and implementation to deployment and security approval,
- Build and maintain automated deployment processes for Azure PaaS/SaaS services
- Support the team in solving technical issues related to system integration and performance,
- Develop automated tools for validation and remediation of configurations, ensuring platform stability and compliance with security policies,
- Conduct analysis of issues and bugs to determine root causes and propose fixes,
- Write and maintain robust, testable code, applying TDD and industry standards,
- Optimize and enhance automation workflows for efficiency and scalability,
- Ensure quality and security of infrastructure and codebase through testing and static code analysis,
- Contribute actively to team rituals in an Agile/Scrum environment,
- Document architectural decisions, implementations, and operational procedures,
- Actively share knowledge and participate in sprint reviews and planning sessions.

- At least 4 years of professional experience in a DevOps or similar technical position,
- Practical experience in building infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, ARM templates, and working with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD),
- Deep familiarity with Azure services, especially in terms of setup, automation, and configuration (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Power BI, Azure Cosmos DB),
- Competence in managing Azure networking solutions, including Hub-and-Spoke topologies and hybrid connectivity with on-premise environments,
- Solid programming skills in Python,
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management
- Awareness of security best practices and experience integrating those into cloud solutions,
- Strong sense of ownership, with a proactive, adaptable approach to complex challenges
- Open-mindedness and readiness to take initiative and work across a wide range of tasks,
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities within cross-functional teams.
