Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop & Optimize: Design and maintain a scalable, high-performance data processing platform.
  • Code Refactoring: Enhance legacy codebases for better maintainability and performance.
  • Asynchronous Programming: Utilize asyncio, aiohttp to improve system efficiency.
  • CI/CD & Deployment: Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and manage services.
  • Data Processing & AI Integration: Improve text extraction, processing workflows, and ML-based automation.
  • Testing & Debugging: Ensure high test coverage using pytest and optimize system reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with ML engineers, DevOps, and product teams to refine AI-driven solutions.

  • 5+ years of Python development experience with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Proficiency in Python frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues (Celery or similar).
  • Strong SQL skills, with expertise in performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for deploying scalable applications.
  • Experience working with structured/unstructured data processing (PDFs, images, JSON, XML).
  • Strong debugging, testing, and performance-tuning skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for document automation.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, LLMs, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience with ETL pipelines (Airflow, MLFlow).
