As a Business/System Analyst (Big Data & AI), you will play a key role in defining, analyzing, and translating business requirements into scalable AI and Big Data solutions. You will focus on developing and enhancing the data layer, enabling advanced analytics, AI-driven applications, and enterprise-wide data initiatives. Your role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring high-quality data solutions that drive business value.

How you will get the job done

  • working closely with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and define requirements for AI and Big Data initiatives
  • translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for data platforms, Data Hubs, and AI-driven solutions
  • ensuring the completeness and quality of business requirements, identifying dependencies and blockers
  • collaborating with data engineers, architects, and AI teams to design scalable, high-performance data solutions
  • supporting the development and implementation of data driven solutions, ensuring integration with various business applications
  • validating the product (testing on behalf of stakeholders, participating in E2E testing processes)
  • creating and maintaining project and product documentation related to data models, governance, and AI-driven capabilities
  • assisting Product Owners and Delivery Teams in prioritizing and refining requirements for AI and Big Data projects

  • fluency in Polish and English (B2 level or higher)
  • experience in business/system analysis within AI, Big Data, or data engineering projects
  • understanding of data-driven architectures, Data Hubs, and cloud-based data solutions
  • familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management
  • knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and structured/unstructured data processing
  • proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
  • analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, able to deal with ambiguity
  • ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have

  • knowledge of German (B1)
  • experience working with AI/ML models, Generative AI, or NLP-based solutions
  • understanding of cloud-based Big Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • hands-on experience with data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and API-based data access
  • knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in iterative delivery models
