THE WORK:

• Design and implement automation solutions using leading RPA tools like Automation Anywhere and Rundeck, driven by challenges and innovation.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying automation opportunities while embracing challenges as opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain scripts in Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Continuously improve RPA solutions through testing, debugging, and proactive monitoring, committed to constant progress and best practices.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, providing training and support while thriving on continuous advancement in automation.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or Scripting Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful automation projects.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, or similar.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or others.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• This role may require occasional travel to client sites.

• RPA certification from a recognized provider.
