Develop, refine, & implement company-wide IT strategies
Design & establish overall architecture principles, protocols & standards
Create architecture blueprints & guidelines, ensuring alignment of technical approaches & migration scenarios for transitioning into platforms (e.g., Azure/AWS/Google Cloud)
Identifies technical implications of design & impacts on upstream/downstream systems, workflows, etc.
Develops implementation roadmap with milestones
Provide operational support for key projects & provide guidance to other project teams
Direct & mentor team, promoting ongoing professional growth & development.
Collaborate internally with various teams to ensure cross-functional alignment & integration
MUST
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience designing, executing, and supporting IT solutions.
- Strong background with hands-on software development on one of the commonly used languages (Java, Python, .Net, etc.)
- Understanding of microservice and microfrontend architecture as well as other modern architecture patterns
- Strong Knowledge on cloud environments, Azure Cloud preferred
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated reports to management and other stakeholders.
