Our Strategy & Communications team shapes and implements the strategy, culture and strategic programs within the Global Services organization. We define direction through strategic planning, advocate for the business needs of the organization and engage & motivate our teams.
As a Senior Program Manager Strategy & Communications, you will play a significant role in planning, strategy, and program management for our Global Services organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to define priorities, develop action plans, and deliver results on cross-functional initiatives to continue evolving Global Services for future demands and opportunities.
As a Program Manager Senior, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, shaping, and delivering priority programs for Global Services
- Supporting annual planning and goal setting processes, including metrics definition and target setting
- Leading and participating in special projects spanning multiple functions and geographies
- Identifying and triaging emerging strategic and operational issues
- Maintaining a pulse on market and industry trends, sharing findings and recommendations with leaders to help evolve business
- Partnering with operational teams on process and enhancements to help teams work more efficiently and with greater clarity
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have at least relevant experience and a Bachelors or its equivalent
- Be a collaborative team player with the ability to manage, influence and achieve alignment across different interests
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Demonstrate experience in program/project management in a cross functional team with focus on business process, operations, and metric definition best practices
- Be able to analyze data, set priorities, and shape results in a corporate environment
