  • Have proven knowledge of Scrum (mandatory PSM I/PSM II, optional SAFe/LeSS/Nexus)
  • Have previous experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large companie(s)
  • Have knowledge and practical experience of Agile values and principles
  • Have strong communication, facilitation and moderation skills
  • Have ability to a be partner who brings value for Squad Members as well as Product Owners & Tribe Leaders
  • Have knowledge and practical experience in Jira, Confluence, Big Picture,
  • Have knowledge of agile software development methodologies with a track record of applying them in practice
  • Have creativity supporting out of the box thinking and waste elimination
