The project is a recently started development of a web application for dentists and patients.

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to support the formation and transition of two new Scrum teams within our organization. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on guidance in adopting and optimizing Agile practices, ensuring a smooth transition into the Scrum framework. Additionally, the Scrum Master should be experienced in Scrum of Scrums and aligning work across multiple teams.

  • Facilitate the transition of two new teams into the Scrum framework, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
  • Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum methodology to enhance Agile adoption and team performance.
  • Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
  • Implement and support Scrum of Scrums to improve cross-team coordination and alignment.
  • Monitor and improve Agile processes to maximize efficiency, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks that may hinder team progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business goals and product vision are well understood.

MUST
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or equivalent).
  • Strong experience with Scrum of Scrums or other scaling Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record in coaching new teams in transitioning to Scrum.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SDLC
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in medical/dental domain is a great plus
  • Technical background is a great plus
