- Manage and reduce major server incidents and downtime.
- Collaborate with the Server Engineering team on security, architecture, and design.
- Coordinate with external support in India for daily operations and escalations.
- Optimize server resources, including staff, hardware, and licenses.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and future server strategies.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
- Monitor server performance and report key metrics.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing at least a few hundreds of Windows, / Linux or VMware/Azure servers,
- Experience in management tools like SCCM or RedHat Satellite
- Understanding of Azure technologies or VMware virtualization operations and governance with a focus on automation, analysis, modification and testing of virtual/cloud services
- Design, build, implement and maintain automation in order to optimize virtualization platform spend, identify and remediate security risks and safeguard compliance across cloud platform.
- Identifies, verifies and remediates inconsistent configurations
- Management and monitoring tools for the above technologies,
- Skilled at daily servers management (diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, responding to incidents and quickly restoring services, delivering technical consultation to other units, etc.),
- Skilled at planning and controlling IT operations (defining, creating and ensuring following of standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with policies from Engineering and Cybersecurity, patching, upgrading, hardening, monitoring, etc.),
- Having proficiency in English, spoken and written B2,
- Experienced with working for a financial institution.
