• Lead IT delivery efforts for the Finance Product Stream using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and programmes, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource schedules, and risk management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Inspire and guide teams and stakeholders through transformation journeys, fostering engagement and collaboration.
  • Champion change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Leverage Finance function knowledge to align IT delivery with busines priorities.
  • Provide insight into ERP systems (Microsoft AX is a plus) and other relevant technologies, such as Coupa, MRI Horizon, SAP Concur, AICO, and OCR tools.
  • Oversee the delivery of integration projects to ensure seamless system interoperability.

  • Proven experience in an IT Product-led operating model with expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong IT Project/Programme Management skills, with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Experience with Portfolio Management (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Finance functions and understanding of ERP systems (Microsoft AX is a plus).
  • Knowledge of systems like Coupa, MRI Horizon, SAP Concur, AICO, or OCR tools (nice-to-have).
  • Retail industry experience with a focus on general merchandise and clothing (ideal).
  • Strong integration development experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage and influence at all organisational levels.
  • Exceptional planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to inspire and guide stakeholders on transformation journeys.
  • Proactive, with a strong work ethic and a determination to deliver results.
  • Based in or near Poznan, with the ability to commute to the office several days per week.
