• Your primary responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and gather requirements related to IT processes. 
  • Your target is to define customized IT solutions and provide end-to-end project lifecycle support.
  • As a business analyst you'll embody many hats, including those of a business and IT analyst, subject matter expert, consultant, or team leader. 
  • You will use tools for UML and BPMN 2.0 to analyse requirements and processes.
  • You bridge the gap between technical complexities and business objectives, effectively interpreting and integrating both facets within project contexts.
  • As an IT/Business Advisor, you'll be a valuable partner and colleague to our clients. Our consultants build long-term relationships with clients, acting as trusted partner who are there to help them exceed their IT-specific goals.
  • Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining user stories and acceptance criteria as part of your daily routine.

  • You can confidently and casually speak in English - we are a multi-cultural and multi-national company headquartered in the heart of Bavaria - Munich. 99% of the time we speak English. German language skills would be a plus.
  • We are looking for colleagues with T-shaped skills; university degrees in computer science, or business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience
  • You can have various professional backgrounds; business, technical (IT), or a mix of experiences in many industries, and Agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, and intrapreneurship sound very familiar to you
  • You have to inherently enjoy working with and talking to other people (clients, colleagues, and any other stakeholders)
  • High tolerance for change (last-minute adjustments, altering of requirements, etc.) and everyday project ambiguities
  • Readiness to learn frequently, work with many dependencies, and step up into role quickly and often
  • Openness to regular weekly visits to the Katowice office.
