- Collaborate with Network Service Operations, Incident/Problem Management, other IT delivery groups, and vendors to achieve operational excellence.
- Continuously improve the delivery of Network services and related processes in alignment with the Network Functional leadership team.
- Oversee the business operations of Network Functions, including budget management, financial forecasting, and reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives by contributing to planning and delivery phases.
- Drive process enhancements and promote the adoption of global standards across teams.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) with both internal and external teams.
- Maintain accurate asset and configuration management practices to ensure reliable information availability.
- Lead the reporting and resolution of open audit and compliance findings within set timelines.
- Gather requirements for reporting, streamline tools, and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
