As a Staff Software Engineer with our newly-chartered Developer Productivity team, you will be responsible for leading projects that amplify the engineering team in the following areas:

8+ years of software engineering work experience.
Experience working with fully remote teams.
Demonstrated experience partnering with multiple teams on large-scope projects.
Demonstrated experience presenting on technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience authoring and maintaining excellent org-wide documentation.
Demonstrated independence in project management around ambiguous problems.

Prior management experience is a plus.

Base: $195,000
Base + Bonus Target: $260,000
This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan. The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
