Senior Network Engineer (VOIP)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve major customer issues

• Respond to escalations and/or assistance requests originating from customer or peer engineers according to established processes

• Develop expertise in specific areas (i.e. technology, product)

• Identify strengths, gaps and improvement opportunities across the team (both technical and procedural)

• Take ownership of sophisticated problems, and provide remote support in performing analyses, configuration and optimization of large complex architectures with mixed media and protocols

• Supervise and evaluate the progress of incident tickets

• Engage and collaborate with other internal teams such as, for example, PS and TAC for assistance on RMAs and sophisticated issues support

• Participate in daytime and night/weekend on-shift/on-call rotation

• 100-120 zł/h netto + vat, B2B Contract

 • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience

 • Working experience with VOIP protocols (MGCP/H.323/SIP/SCCP), PSTN connections (FXS/FXO/T1/PRI/SIP), Cisco’s collaboration technologies consisting of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence, Cisco UCS Servers, ISR Voice Gateways, Cisco Jabber, IP Phones, Quality of Service (QoS), Telecom technologies and network protocols (DHCP, NTP, CDP, LLDP)

• Ability to identify problems, acquire ownership and deliver solutions at a high level of customer satisfaction, while receiving zero direction and keeping focus on results

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to mentor and coach others, transfer knowledge and/or effectively explain complex technical concepts

• ITIL certification is a plus
