- Work hand in hand with the Business PM to develop and help manage the IT project plan
- Coordinate and oversee IT aspects of the project plan, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
- Drive the team towards an on-time delivery of the IT tasks / business requirements
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 solution
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users
- Track project performance against established KPIs and goals
- Salary based on B2B contract (via Devire) PLN 160-180/h net+vat

- 4-8 years in IT project management, with 1-2 years of experience managing projects involving MS Dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Dynamics 365 implementations, upgrades, or migrations
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope
- Excellent English skills both written/verbal
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Adaptability to dynamic business environments
