• Install and maintain monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana) and troubleshoot issues.
  • Implement a backup strategy, execute regular backups, and test recovery processes.
  • Provide internal IT support, diagnose hardware/software issues, and document resolutions.
  • Analyze system performance, identify improvements, and collaborate on automation solutions.
  • Maintain databases, optimize SQL queries, and monitor performance.
  • Develop scripts (Python, Bash) for task automation and implement CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align strategies and participate in team meetings.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and report performance metrics.
  • Manage tools like Jira and Confluence for incident and change management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and explore new tools for improvement.

  • We are looking forward to your successfully completed university studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics or similar
  • 1-3 years in a DevOps or automation role, preferably within the automotive industry, hands-on experience in managing backup and recovery processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Bash, Java, and C.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana) and automation scripting.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Very good communication skills in English complete your profile
  • You are open to work in a hybrid mode, with 2-3 days at our office in Katowice
