- Management of the Polish BU team, ensuring that the team has clear assignments, roles and responsibilities.
- Acting as a mentor for the team, helping them growing and developing new skills.
- Establishing regular checkpoints with the BU team as well as conducting the annual performance review together with the UK management team.
- Align to Reply Polska requirements and expectations in terms of work organisaton and team support.
- Implement and oversee the development of our eCommerce platform, ensuring the use of best practices and high standards of code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, software developers, and architects to design, plan, develop, refactor, test, and deliver new features.
- Perform and guide peer code reviews, providing detailed suggestions for fixes and improvements.
- Develop and maintain unit tests as an integral part of the software development process.
- Interact closely with product owners and product management teams to review and implement proposed designs.
