• You are a member of an Agile team working for a client in the German financial industry.
  • You manage small and medium projects and independently analyze, optimize, and develop complex processes.
  • You coordinate user testing with customers and trading partners and collaborate with relevant departments and external parties.
  • You identify process changes with major benefits or cost potential and identify synergies.
  • You plan, organize, and conduct meetings and workshops and handle risk management and analysis.
  • You prepare documentation of the acceptance in corresponding QM tools.
  • You create comprehensive business cases (feasibility and profitability analyses). You create project, implementation, and process documentation in accordance with internal standards.
  • You meet with your team in the office once a month to plan your work and discuss progress.

  • Very good communication skills in English, level C1 or higher and good communication skills in German, level B2 or higher.
  • Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or similar. 
  • Experience as a project manager, sound knowledge of project management. Extensive knowledge/experience as a business analyst, process modeler or technical business analyst with a focus on E2E online sales, calculation and sales jobs for financial and service activities in a captive environment.
  • Confident mastery of agile process models (esp. Scrum, Kanban) and corresponding tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA, AzureDevOPs). Confident mastery of methods for business process analysis/modeling
  • Experience in the context of digitization projects and user-centric software/service development (very good understanding of IT landscapes, user experience and processes).
  • Knowledge/experience with Swagger or other technical interface documentation as well as knowledge of API standards, such as REST or Graph and corresponding tools (e.g. Postman) is a huge plus.
  • Experience in methods for service design and design thinking as well, as corresponding tools (e.g. Visio/Draw.io, Balsamiq/Invision, Sketch), is a huge plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the vehicle financing and leasing business.
  • Goal-oriented, structured, and responsible way of working. Communication skills paired with a “hands-on mentality” and persuasiveness.
