Duties & Responsibilities
• Initially you will be trained in our existing technology and business, by “training on the job”;
• You will work closely together with the CEO and Technical Director to discuss technology
developments, ambitions, visions and strategy, and the execution of development programs;
• You will execute concrete development projects and make sure that appropriate product and
technical specifications are available; Realizing and implementing key functionality and
features; Establishing realistic estimates for timelines, ensuring that projects remain on target
to meet deadlines; Ensuring that the software will be state-of-the-art, perfectly working and
free of bugs;
• You will plan and manage software releases; Develop web APIs and implement web services
Develop automatic OS installation and software update; Develop business logic and computer
vision algorithms; Develop AI based applications;
• You will support and execute software installation during our manufacturing process, if
necessary with troubleshooting and debugging;
• In due time, you will provide our clients with (on-line) technical support, manage the service
requests through a “ticket” system;
• In due time, you will lead the software development team;
