- Define and audit QA processes
- Generate QA related KPIs
- Instructing and mentoring of the QA team on quality metrics and testing strategies for projects
- Collaborating with the management to send regular project status
- Perform root cause analysis of issues to assist in determining the source of problems
- Design and execute high-quality test cases based on accurate business requirements analysis

- Experience in all types of testing types and overseeing them from all aspects of planning to execution
- Experience as manager of a team of 5+ test members
- FX knowledge (+nice to have: have worked in FX domain)
- QA certification
- English - fluent
- Experience in Bug tracking tools, like JIRA
- Proficient in Testing Methodologies
- Knowledge of UNIX, Windows
- Ability to track logs and generate a Bug description
- Experience in designing and executing high-quality test cases based on accurate business requirements analysis
- SQL skills
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience in automation tools, like cucumber
- Understanding BDD (Behaviour Driven Development)
- Experience in Java, Python scripting languages
