Lead ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a talented Lead ServiceNow Developer to lead the technical aspects of a greenfield ServiceNow ITSM implementation.

This role involves technical supervision, solution design, and hands-on development, encompassing both the front-end portal and corresponding back-end modules.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small implementation team while providing technical guidance and support
  • Architect end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensure solution alignment with business requirements and best practices
  • Perform hands-on development, including customizations, scripting, and configuration
  • Oversee code quality and implement development standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow development and customization
  • Strong background in ITSM solutions
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Proven capabilities in leading technical teams and managing IT projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide hands-on technical support
