Requirements:
- Expertise in Kotlin or Java with a deep understanding of backend development.
- Strong experience with relational databases and their optimization.
- Proven track record in architecting and scaling large applications with an emphasis on security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, and experience with self-directed project management.
- Strong soft skills, including communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Advanced in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with tools such as GitHub CoPilot, GitLab, Slack, and JIRA.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with modern frontend stacks, Kubernetes, GCP, service mesh, NoSQL, Ruby, and Node.js.
