THE WORK:

  • Support teams in delivering valuable products and projects using SCRUM methodology. Work closely with experienced professionals to understand and apply agile project management principles.
  • Help migrate ongoing projects to SCRUM and assist in setting up new projects with proper SCRUM structures.
  • Contribute to project documentation, assist in coordination tasks, and ensure smooth communication within teams.
  • Support the facilitation of SCRUM meetings and workshops designed to strengthen the team's understanding of SCRUM values and modern work practices.

Flexible: The location of this internship offers a mix of remote work, onsite at a client location, or in an Accenture office (in Warsaw or Cracow), depending on the specific project needs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Active student status and availability min. 30h per week.
  • Basic knowledge of SCRUM methodology or an eagerness to learn agile project management practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both in Polish and English).
  • Enthusiasm for learning, contributing to projects, and solving problems.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Any experience or coursework related to SCRUM, agile project management, or software development.
  • Familiarity with data management tools or practices.
  • Basic understanding of project coordination and documentation.
