Skills we are looking for:

  • Language: Fluent in German (mandatory)
  • Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with experience in multi-cloud and hybrid configurations.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
  • Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of security best practices, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
  • Microservices: Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies.
  • Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to support automation tasks.

We work with clients from all over the world (mainly US but also Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Ireland, Canada). We don’t look up for clients from Poland. We focus on creating complete products that allow our customers to grow their businesses.

We develop software for HealthCare, PropTech, FinTech and Governments. 

Our organization has grown from 4 to 55 people in 1,5 year and plans to scale to 150-200 people in the next 2 years. We want to find someone with business acumen, industry experience and an open heart and mind.
