SAP EAI/Interface Support Specialist

Administration and monitoring:

• Administration and monitoring of interfaces within complex SAP environments.

Troubleshooting and support:

• Providing technical support and resolving integration issues.
• Performing technical analyses to identify and resolve integration issues in complex SAP systems.

Escalation to IT and business units:

• Creating and processing support tickets and documentation.
• Liaising with all IT areas and business units to find sustainable solutions to interface problems.

Optimisation of system landscapes:

• Integration of other company applications.
• Carrying out data conversions.

• Salary: 100-150 PLN/h netto + VAT

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the area of Enterprise Application Integration or in a similar role with a focus on SAP.
• Sound knowledge of EAI tools, interfaces and technologies (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, SAP CloudALM, BTP, IDocs, Boomi).
• Experience in the simultaneous operation of several SAP landscapes, SAP parallel ops.
• SAP eWM experience an advantage, integration via IPAAS solutions e.g. Boomi
• Knowledge of middleware technologies and architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
