- Develop and maintain scalable backend systems
- Write efficient, maintainable PHP 8.3 code and build systems with Laravel 10
- Work with MySQL and PostgreSQL for robust data management
- Enhance performance using caching tools like Redis, Memcached, or Kafka
- Ensure high code quality, collaborating on technical discussions and best practices
- Manage code with GitHub, handling merges, rebases, and advanced Git workflows

What you bring
- 5+ years in software development with strong PHP and Laravel
- Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience with caching tools (Redis, Memcached, Kafka)
- Strong commitment to clean, maintainable code
- Proficient in GitHub and advanced Git techniques
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup in Warsaw
- Excellent English language skills
