THE WORK:

  • Driven by challenges, design and implement customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, primarily under Agile frameworks.
  • Participate actively in project and group knowledge building initiatives, fostering a culture of sharing and dedicated to ongoing improvement.
  • Actively promote and apply CI/CD concepts, contributing to a culture of continuous integration and deployment, thrive on continuous advancement.
  • Collaborate in solution design phases, engaging with business stakeholders to deliver maximum client value, motivated to embrace new opportunities for innovation.
  • Contribute as an active team member in a SCRUM Team environment, proactively learning and achieving collective goals through agile methodologies.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or its previous versions (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) proven with MB and/or PL Microsoft certificates groups, with over 6 years of total IT experience in commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in X++, .NET and C# programming languages.
  • Strong knowledge in Front-End development with JavaScript and expertise in one framework: Angular, Vue, or React.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (C1), you will be a part of international teams.
  • Familiarity with clean code principles and best practices for code review.
