Workstream Lead (Supply Chain Analyst)

At NATEK, we are seeking a skilled Workstream Lead to join a global pharmaceutical company. Your goal will be to spearhead the optimisation of supply chain processes related to the delivery of kits for clinical trials and laboratory usage. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiencies in supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of kits while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will interpret and analyse supply and demand data sources to enhance overall supply chain performance. Project duration: 12 months.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and optimise the end-to-end supply chain process for clinical trial and laboratory kits.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including procurement, clinical operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of kits.
• Interpret and utilise supply and demand data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Oversee the forecasting, planning, and delivery schedules to align with project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical trial supply chains.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet delivery targets.
• Support cross-functional teams with insights on kit usage, supply chain efficiency, and demand planning.

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of supply chain and demand processes in a pharmaceutical setting
• Experience in optimising supply chain operations using data-driven approaches
• Ability to interpret supply and demand data sources and apply insights to optimise processes
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with clinical trials and the usage of kits is a strong bonus
