Lead Frontend Engineer

Role: Lead Frontend Developer

Location: Warsaw (hybrid work, 3 times per week from the office).

Form of Cooperation: Full Time Employment (Umowa o Pracę).

Key Responsibilities:

·      Spearheading the development of sophisticated front-end applications and components that are responsive, user-friendly, and visually captivating.

·      Overseeing the planning and execution of new feature development, including preparing technical requirements.

·      Upholding best coding practices and maintaining rigorous standards for code quality and reviews within the front-end team.

·      Implementing robust testing procedures and continuous integration to ensure the reliability of front-end applications.

·      Mentoring junior developers and proposing innovative solutions to enhance team performance.

·      Collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and data scientists to define requirements and implement effective solutions.

Desirable Skills:

·      7 years of commercial experience with web applications (TypeScript, React).

·      2 years of team leadership experience.

·      Expertise in performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

·      Knowledge of ad tech concepts, ad exchanges, and programmatic advertising.

Nice to have:

·      Familiarity with Back-End technologies such as Java and Spring.

·      Experience with other frameworks like Angular and Vue.

·      End-to-end testing using Cypress.

·      Practical experience in graphic design and/or User Experience design.
