Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in web applications and social platforms; In-depth understanding of QA processes and methodologies; Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and its components, with proven experience in adapting testing strategies accordingly; Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test matrices; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Proficiency in using browser Developer Tools for debugging and troubleshooting; Experience in testing REST APIs and Webhooks, with a strong understanding of API testing best practices; Working knowledge of version control systems, preferably GIT; Proven track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams; Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct thorough self-tests and analyze testing reports; Experience with automated testing tools and programming languages, with a focus on future automation initiatives. Proven experience in leading a group of QAs.

Familiarity with social networking platforms and their features; Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and chatbot technologies; Knowledge of integration testing with external systems; Experience in performance and load testing of web applications; Knowledge of gamification and reward systems in software applications.

Collaborate with the development team during planning to ensure testing requirements are adequately addressed; Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, and integration testing of features and functionalities; Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test matrices; Generate detailed reports on testing results, including analysis and recommendations for improvement; Identify and accurately report software defects, including providing detailed steps to reproduce; Analyze software quality and development speed, and propose actionable strategies for improvement; Participate in the testing of integrations with external & internal systems; Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the platform can handle expected user loads; Collaborate with the security team to ensure proper testing of security features and compliance with security standards.
