About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer II, you will be one of the first product designers joining Clari Poland to form an extended design team. You’ll partner with product managers and engineers around the world to lead design efforts across multiple initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to align design initiatives with broader business objectives, and a deep understanding of how our products serve our customers’ revenue processes. You will be responsible for the design and outcomes of cross-functional initiatives such as reimagining mobile app experiences, contributing to a design system, and unifying a suite of products. We are seeking an experienced designer with a portfolio of B2B SaaS products to showcase. This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland and be able to travel to the office in Kraków as needed.

\nResponsibilities
  • Lead and execute user-centered design solutions for multiple initiatives from concept through final execution, evaluate and refine solutions based on user feedback
  • Drive design-led innovations with a strategic mindset, ensure alignment with Clari’s business objectives, product strategy, and user needs. Influence and shape the long-term and short-term product roadmap by partnering with product managers and engineers
  • Lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Determine user research objectives, conduct primary and secondary user research as needed with the help of a user researcher. Visualize the user experiences by creating interactive prototypes to simulate complex user interactions and validate design concepts
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present design concepts, rationale, and strategy to stakeholders, advocating for design and data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to the design team’s knowledge, growth, and development by sharing best practices, insights, and lessons learned
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into Clari’s design processes
  • Determine and communicate key qualitative and quantitative data to best understand user behaviors and the outcomes of their usage
  • Ship quality features in Agile development environments
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of related experience in product design, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead design role
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional design initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Extensive experience designing mobile and web-based applications
  • Exceptional proficiency in UI design, interaction design, and information architecture, with a strong understanding of designing for various devices and platforms
  • Expertise in user-centered design processes, with demonstrated success in conducting user research and synthesizing insights to inform design decisions
  • Strong skills in visual design, including typography, color theory, and branding, to create visually compelling and cohesive interfaces
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and advanced prototyping techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
  • A track record of delivering transformative design solutions that drive significant business impact in shipped products
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones
