Are you an expert when it comes to the ServiceNow IRM platform? Do you have a track record of supporting IT/Business stakeholders through change delivery processes? Can you build relationships and influence outcomes, balancing between a trusted advisor and an independent challenger?
We are looking for a UAT Tester/ UAT Coordinator to:
- Prepare test scripts for UAT for IRM solution
- Conduct independent testing of the ServiceNow IRM platform in relation to business and technical requirements
- Identify and document issues/bugs and work with development team on resolution / re-testing
- Prepare guidance and training materials for wider group of UAT testers
- Monitor and report on UAT progress across wider UAT testers population
- Communicate clearly the requirements, progress and any identified issues
- Manage UAT logs and relevant documentation
- help to drive ServiceNow platform change / migration from GRC (on prem) to IRM (cloud).
MUST
- Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience with testing of ServiceNow / IRM platform
- Proven experience in managing UAT cycles end to end (preparing scripts, communicating, testing)
- strong strategic, judgement and integrative thinking skills, risk management & control knowledge
- proficient with software delivery tools, such as GitLab and ServiceNow, and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint.
- confident communicator that can explain business requirements to IT stakeholders and train testers
- capable of understanding our client needs and translating this into products and services
- ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
