Are you an expert when it comes to the ServiceNow IRM platform? Do you have a track record of supporting IT/Business stakeholders through change delivery processes? Can you build relationships and influence outcomes, balancing between a trusted advisor and an independent challenger?
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to:
- support business stakeholders and their teams in translating business requirements into ServiceNow IRM technical requirements,
- document the technical requirements in standard system,
- contribute expertise to shape the IRM solution customizations,
- help to decide whether out of box vs customised solution is needed to address business requirements,
- report the progress and communicate with stakeholders,
- help to drive ServiceNow platform change / migration from GRC (on prem) to IRM (cloud).
MUST
- Ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow / IRM implementation
- strong strategic, judgement and integrative thinking skills, risk management & control knowledge
- proficient with software delivery tools, such as GitLab and ServiceNow, and reporting tools such as Power BI
- knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
- confident communicator that can explain business requirements to IT stakeholders and their engineering teams,-and influence their outcomes
- capable of understanding our client needs and translating this into products and services
- ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
