- Accountable for managing key clients, including various global accounts
- Manage Client relationships and communications across Middle Eastern countries
- Oversee KPI management, report to clients, address their concerns, and deliver effective solutions
- Serve as an account and project manager for web production and publishing projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers from each country who report to you, and provide updates to the team head to whom you report
- Ensure timely and clear communication with the team and team head regarding clients, project status, and team dynamics
- Key KPIs: client communication and satisfaction, PM management, and financial performance

- min. 5 years of experience in related fields such as advertising, marketing, digital platforms/solutions, or working with tech companies/agencies on a global scale for blue-chip clients
- Hands-on experience with digital platform operations (AEM or Hybris) is essential
- Proven experience in Client communication and management is required
- Strong team management skills, ideally with experience leading teams of 5 to 10 members
- A solid understanding of business and financial metrics is preferred
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform well under pressure, with keen attention to detail
- A collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues when needed
- Experience with business or projects in the Middle East is an advantage
