As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications and related systems. You will work with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the process automation needs of our users and business.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining robust, scalable applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to improve code quality and team performance.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the entire stack.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant experience and a Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Have extensive experience with front-end technologies like TypeScript, React, and component libraries (e.g., Ant Design, Material UI).
- Be proficient with modern web development practices, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
- Be proficient with RDBMS, including normalization, table inheritance, transactions, connection pooling.
- Be an expert in Python programming, including magic methods, decorators and tooling around Python.
- Be experienced in testing both backend and frontend components. Be proficient with Unix/Linux systems.
- Possess extensive UX/UI design principles. Possess extensive knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Have worked with CI/CD pipelines and tooling. Be knowledgeable in containerization and microservices, with experience in Kubernetes.
