WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Diagnose and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
- Administrate on-premise network, servers, and mass storage.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for our employees.
- Maintain office equipment—laptops, printers, etc.
- Manage user accounts and access.
- Configure computer hardware and IT infrastructure.
- Work closely with our IT admin.

Requirements:
- Experience administrating Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of computer networks (tcp/ip, dns, dhcp).
- Understanding of computer hardware, IT infrastructure and networking principles.
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English languages.
Additional, great to have skills:
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Proxmox virtualization systems.
