WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

  • Analyze Business Requirements in central Deutsche Telekom HR: Collaborate with various departments to identify and document requirements for recruiting, talent management, and skill development.
  • Develop Technical IT Development Concepts: Design and implement technical IT development concepts based on identified requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses using MS Power BI and Excel.
  • KPI Management: Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes. Conduct activities for continuous improvement based on KPI results.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Plan and conduct workshops at various management levels to present analyses, concepts, and project progress.
  • Communication: Effective and proficient communication in German and English, both oral and written.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and quality, and optimize existing data processes.

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge in analyzing business requirements in HR processes and developing technical IT development concepts.
  • Experience in agile project management and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office, especially Excel, and MS Power BI.
  • Experience in KPI management and conducting improvement activities based on KPI results.
  • Experience in leading workshops and presenting to various management levels.
  • Language Skills: Proficient communication skills in German and English.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a structured work approach.
