Your responsibilities:
- Conception, development, implementation and support of customer-oriented solutions in the Salesforce environment.
- Design and ongoing development of a Salesforce-based development strategy.
- Coordination and implementation of international rollouts.
- Review of requirements in terms of cost-effectiveness, ergonomics, required workload and schedule feasibility but also the best technical solution (Salesforce Flow, Customizing, LWC, Apex Trigger...).
- Completed studies with a focus on (business) computer science or a comparable course of study.
- Professional experience in IT consulting - implementation and customizing - as well as with agile project management methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Professional experience in software development (Apex, SQL, Javascript), at best with experience in using Git or other version control systems.
- Solid skills in Sales and even better skills in Service Cloud (preferably with corresponding certifications)
- Ability to work in a team as well as communication skills and creativity.
- A high level of intrinsic motivation, self-reliant work with the ability to analyze, commitment and quick comprehension skills.
