Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a knowledge management strategy following ITIL best practices.
  • Identifying, collecting, and classifying knowledge resources within the organization.
  • Establishing and maintaining a central knowledge database for easy access.
  • Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing through training and workshops.
  • Collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure relevant and up-to-date knowledge.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of knowledge management and making continuous adjustments.
  • Assisting in resolving IT service issues through provided knowledge resources.
  • Creating and maintaining reports on the performance of the knowledge management process.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundation certification; advanced certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in the area of knowledge management.
  • Experience with knowledge management systems and tools such as Confluence and Jira is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and understandably.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
