What will you do:

Working in our team, you will take part in one of many PAM projects related where you will implement, modify and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions for large Polish and international clients in the field of cyber security and identity and access management. Your tasks will include:

  • Collecting business and functional requirements from the IAM/PAM area at our clients.
  • Defining scope of applications/privileged users to be onboarded in relevant PAM solution.
  • Onboarding of privileged roles both application and infrastructure layer.
  • Designing and implementing an access role model and associated permissions.
  • Designing and building processes related to identity management from the business side (e.g. identity lifecycle management, access request, privilege audit).
  • Supporting on preparing Standard Operating Procedure and training materials on applications onboarding process.
  • Supporting on execute activities such as solution presentations for management, solution design, technical sessions with 3rd party stakeholders and other.

  • Privileged Access Management (PAM) Knowledge: Understanding of CyberArk PAM solution, concepts, and best practices is essential for defining scope, raising demand, facilitating technical onboarding, and performing quality assurance.
  • Operating Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with different operating systems and their security models, such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
  • Scripting and Automation Skills: Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate tasks related to onboarding and managing privileged access.
  • Network Security: Understanding of network security principles, protocols, and tools used to secure network communications.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM): Knowledge of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, access control, and role-based access control (RBAC), as they relate to privileged access management.

Soft skills:

  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are needed to raise demands, align with teams, coordinate onboarding efforts, and report progress. This includes both written and verbal communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of infrastructure layers, applications, and technical onboarding processes is necessary to facilitate technical onboarding and perform quality assurance.
  • Quality Assurance Skills: Ability to perform quality assurance activities to ensure successful onboarding of privileged users.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in documenting processes, progress, and outcomes is essential for maintaining updated documentation throughout the project.
  • Ability to develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) for creating onboard applications.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including onboarding teams, SOs (System Owners), and relevant functions within the organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to identify and address issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.
